Loved how everything feels so fresh and that there are decent vegetarian options. Place only seats about 20 so be prepared to wait outside, but the coffee while you wait is a nice touch. Waitresses are all really friendly and nice- loved this place!

That was the most amazing Benny style avocado toast ever! There’s kale and zucchini in it also! The hash brown was ok, I think a bit too well done.

A very nice dinner on a quiet street in Calgary. We were both very impressed by the food and atmosphere. The dinner is very small so you need to either get lucky and come at a quiet time or be prepared to wait.

I’ve been coming since they first opened, since I live so close to the place. I knew the family, and they were all very sweet. I’ve never been disappointed with their menu, and I would recommend the fries and milkshakes (with 3 flavours) as must tries :)They are also gluten wise, so most items containing gluten allow you to have a gluten free option.All the workers at dairy lane are very sweet and welcoming, they make you feel right at home first time you try it! :)

Really delicious food with quality ingredients. The space is small so expect a wait. Inside was pretty loud and hot due to the small space and proximity to the kitchen. The portion on the burrito was a little disappointing for the $20 price tag, but it was very tasty. I want to return to try a burger and shake!

The food at Dairy Lane Cafe is really good. Their service is better. My family and I showed up 20 minutes before close. They happily served us dinner and drinks. Not once did we feel rushed. It was appreciated. We'll be back for dinner again.

Great breakfast spot. Portions are huge. The omelette was nice, really feeling but a touch bland regardless off all the fillings. The potatoes were super good. The also offer bottomless coffee, which is a plus to me

Cozy, great for one on one dining. Food is flavorful and original, staff are friendly and helpful. However, these benefits make Dairy Lane a very popular spot, so I would recommend visiting outside of peak hours.

I got the hot cereal and it was delicious - better than your standard "oatmeal". Not overly sweet either. Cute and small place. Wait was 30-40 min on a Sunday morning. Hubby got the vegan breakfast burrito and he said it was good but it was hard to eat cause it was pretty drippy with whatever sauce was in there - looked too watery. Overall delicious food and great brunch experience, looking fwd to going back.

Very limited seating so be prepared to wait. Home cooked food vegan options. My egg bacon breakfast was $15 and not worth it. For toast gave us each a small tablespoon of jam with no offer of more. Coffee was good and cups kept full. For the price don't think would hurry back.

Farm to table style cafe with outstanding food. The burger was so fresh and delicious. Quaint little spot with very little seating so expect to wait but oh so worth it. Colleague had the breakfast items and was equally blown away. Can’t wait to go back.

Cute little cafe with excellent service and locally sourced food. Great for a quick bite. This place is usually busy for dinner but the wait time is only 15-20 minutes.

We stopped here on a Friday morning on our way out of town. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our meals. The cafe is really small so I'd imagine it would be a little bit harder to get a table on the weekends, and it was a little bit over priced. Everything else was really pleasant including our service. Would recommend and will more than likely come here for breakfast again.

The wait here can be up to 20 minutes when they are busy, but they'll serve you coffee while you're waiting - which is cool. See those people sitting on the curb? Yep, the food is so good that they're willing to sit on the curb while they wait. Meat, vegetarian, vegan… They've got something for everyone. About $45 for two people to have a super-filling, ridiculously delicious breakfast. I reiterate.... 100% worth the wait.

Pretty nice place. Very good menu with all fresh ingredients. On a bit of a keto kick and they adapted the dishes very well to suit what I needed. Small and intimate. Very good service.

Great little breakfast spot, fantastic staff. Would have given it 5 stars but I didn't care for the mint and dill garnish on the French toast and hash. Definitely will go again.

Had a great brunch despite the lineup. Get there early to get on the waitlist, which you can track through your phone. Healthy and delicious breakfast options with really good service makes this place a must visit.

Bit portions! I got a chicken burger fries and strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was great! Even came with extra, which was awesome. The flavor was ok, I have had better for sure. Little pricey for what it was! Service was quick and pleasant however.

Good range on the menu for bunch although they do other meals as well, such as burgers. Servings were a good size, quite filling. The staff were friendly and they came around often to top up coffee. The place is small- seats around 20 inside and another 10 outside, but it was very quaint and a great place to chill with friends over food=)

Very charming cafe in the trendy Kensington area, the menu is limited but the food is well made and large portions. Food is a reflection of home cooking, and the dining room is cozy. The staff are friendly and are attentive. They are quite busy so breakfast during the week is best time to visit. Cheers.

Great service, delicious food and an overall excellent experience. Absolutely loved the hash potatoes/ French toast, amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This place is slightly pricer than say Denny's, however, the food here is WORTH IT!!! The French toast was great with a berry/cream cheese topping. And the hash was made with dill (a nice different nuance). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best burger in the city. The prices might make you think twice, but I assure you get what you pay for in this case. Big portion, great taste, clean, fresh, healthy ingredients, that are ethically and locally sourced. What more do you want?

While a little out of the way, this is such a great spot for brunch! I had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict with avocado and pickled onions. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going back!

This place can get pretty damn busy, but the food is consistently good or even great! I hear the shakes are to die for and the burgers are some of the best in town, but alas, I have only had brunch here. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for quality-wise. Ambience is relaxed and chill. The washrooms were spotless here, as opposed to a few of the other diners/cafes I've been to in town.

What a cute little quaint cafe! Gotta go early to get a seat. Amazing food and great service. You can add a dollar to any meal & feed a person in need 😊. Loved it!

They were very helpful and informative about the ingredients in certain dishes. They were accompanying for allergies and allowed dishes to be changed.The staff are friendly and made the place feel homey. The restaurant is small inside and has a small patio for warm days, good for a family of four or a get together with a few friends. The food was delicious and some pretty good vegetarian options.My only complaint is that their all day breakfast ends at 4:00 pm. This made it difficult for my friend to order something but we made it work.

Excellent staff, delicious breakfasts. Been here multiple times and I will continue to visit. I LOVE that virtually every aspect of their operations support local businesses, most things are locally sourced. Their restaurant is tiny (seats ~24-30) so expect a wait for breakfast. I've been with a group of 5 and that was fine, but I wouldn't recommend going with a group of more than 6 during peak times.

Just had the pleasure of eating at Dairy Lane again today with my wife and daughter. I love this cafe, it’s always so vibrant and welcoming. Filled with great people, and tasty food. Produce are sourced from local farmers and growers. So you may think the pricing is expensive, but that’s just the cost of doing business without mass commercial producers.Thanks again for a great meal. I had the smoked salmon and avocado eggs benedict, soft poached as you can see from the photos.

Breakfast is really good. Small cozy place and if you are going with large group then probably have to wait. But its worth the wait. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very cute spot but very small so you might have to wait. They have a nice patio too. Celiac suffers rejoice! This place is celiac friendly. The staff seem to know their stuff when it comes to allergies. Food was quite good and good quality so you feel good about what you're eating. They also had this homemade jam, blackberry chai and it was the most unique jam I've ever had. I don't even like chai but I ate it because it was unlike anything I've ever had. Totally worth checking out.

Fantastic service worth the half hour wait for a table, yummy food, good portions and great coffee. Loved rhubarb jam. We didn't like the carrot cake, it was actually really dry.

Good food and great cafe design. They perfectly poached my eggs which made me super happy! I’m not a big fans of hash brown but their potato is amazing that they put salt and dill on it. Because it’s a tiny cafe with a lot of tables inside, so it’s noisy inside that you might not be able to chat with your friends so well.

A small café with a simple yet tasty burger. The burger was just a touch over done but had a nice crust and yet still had some juices with a nice texture to the patty. The fries we salted with coarse salt for pops of delightful saltiness.Be prepared to wait outside if you come at meal time though. This café is quite popular and the cute little size means there isn't standing room for people waiting for a seat.
